My staff and I at INHOC Fitness make senior fitness equally as important as fitness for any age. Exercising with INHOC Fitness you will learn how to use simple movements and resistance bands to increase your fitness. We will work on core strength, posture, muscle balancing, stretching exercises, and low impact aerobics. The one-hour classes include a 5-minute warm-up, 20 minutes of simple movements to produce cardiovascular training, and 35 minutes of strength training
